March 11, 2008 -- On February 28, Ellen DeGeneres showed a clip that's been circulating the Internet of Team Horse & Rider member Stacy Westfall's bridleless and bareback Congress performance aboard Whizards Baby Doll (aka "Roxy") on her TV talk show.
