In 2002, Kimberly Vinoski had a major career win when she and Winsome Adante took top honors at the Rolex Kentucky Three Day Event CCI**** in Lexington, KY. In 1999, she was also in the winner's circle in Lexington having won the USET Three-Star Spring Championship. Vinoski and Over The Limit topped a field of 82 horses. This win was key in her being selected to represent the United States in the 1999 Pan American Games in Winnipeg, Canada. Unfortunately, Vinoski had to withdraw from the Pan Am team when Over The Limit encountered health problems.

In 1999, Vinoski took Over The Limit to the Blenheim CCI*** in the United Kingdom on a USET Grant and came in second. Two years later, in September 2001, Vinoski won the Blenheim CCI*** on Winsome Adante. Earlier that year, she rode Winsome Adante to the Reserve Championship in the USET Three-Star Spring Championship at the MBNA Foxhall Cup.

In October 1999 she won the two-star event at Radnor on Silent Partner. In 1998 and 1999, Vinoski had consistent success in horse trials with Over The Limit, placing third at Morven Park in 1999 and Millbrook in 1998. She and Over The Limit placed fourth (behind Olympic medalists Blyth Tait, David and Karen O'Connor) in the 2000 Rolex Kentucky Three Day Event presented by Bayer CCI****.
