2011 AQHA World Championship Show

November 2011–The American Quarter Horse Association World Championship Show is the pinnacle event for American Quarter Horse owners and exhibitors around the world, who must qualify for the event by earning a predetermined number of points to compete in each of the classes representing halter, English and western disciplines. More than 3,500 entries from the United States, Austria, Brazil, Canada, Germany, Italy, Mexico and Venezuela are competing for 94 world championships at this year?s event, November 5-19.

Overall, the 2011 World Show purse increased 3 percent; number of exhibitors increased 7 percent; number of horses increased 5 percent; and number of entries increased 7 percent when compared to the 2010 World Show!
