Team sorting is a working cow horse sport featuring fast-paced action in a friendly yet competitive environment. Similar to team penning, team sorting is also an entertaining spectator sport.
Beginners and experts, young and old are welcome to test their horse’s skills. Working against the clock, teams of three riders cut five cows out of a herd of 10 in numeric sequence while keeping the cut cows in the opposite end of the arena and preventing unnumbered cows from crossing the foul line.
