Visitors can enjoy the Kentucky Horse Park in all seasons. From March 15 – October 31, the park is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days a week. From November 1 to March 14, it is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Wednesday through Sunday. The park is closed on Thanksgiving eve and day, Christmas eve and day and New Year?s eve and day.
Tickets include admission to the world-renowned International Museum of the Horse, theAmerican Saddlebred Museum, a horse-drawn tour and equine presentations throughout the day. A few shows and/or events require a separate or additional charge.

One of the more interesting and entertaining things to see in Lexington is the American Horse Publications’ 40 Ideas on Tour, which will take visitors to the Keeneland Race Track, Woodford Reserve, and Kentucky Horse Park. Particularly fascinating is the visit to the Darley America farm.
