(June 11, 2019) — Cowboy Magic, creator of high-quality grooming products for the equine world, is proud to announce its new partnership with Kellie Rettinger alter-ego “Wonder Woman.” The formal ambassadorship began over four years ago with Rettinger, and now proudly supports her latest endeavor as she appears in her new shows.
Based in Kingsville, Ohio, Rettinger rides and drives Percherons—showing them in harness classes as well as saddleseat, western pleasure and Roman riding. Kellie and her husband have presented breed demonstrations, farm exhibits in the stabling area, performed in the famous Fantasia equine musical revue and taught clinics at Ohio Equine Affaire for several years.
“Naturally, Rettinger’s mission to inspire the next generation through Wonder Woman aligns Cowboy Magic’s ‘superhero’ products,” said Devon Katzev, President with Cowboy Magic. “We are so excited to have her on our ambassador team.”
Inspired by the beloved Lynda Carter (70’s TV show Wonder Woman) as a young child, Rettinger sought to bring the inspiration of Wonder Woman to the equestrian world—giving all generations a strong and empowering female role model to look up to.
“As Wonder Woman, I want to encourage that no matter what adversities or struggles someone may have, there is hope,” shares Rettinger. “To have courage, to be strong, kind, and believe in love. Never did I ever believe I would get such an awesome response. I am proud to be an Equestrian Wonder Woman!”
