February 25, 2008 — The U.S. Equestrian Team (USET) Foundation has posters of America’s top dressage, jumping and eventing athletes now available.
At last year’s World Cup Final in Las Vegas, USET Foundation Executive Director Bonnie B. Jenkins says they sold 1,000 of the limited-edition posters for the Athlete Portrait Campaign. Proceeds benefit the U.S. high-performance programs. Elma Garcia, a professional director and cinematographer, took the photos and created the athlete portraits.
As an amateur dressage rider and student of Debbie McDonald, Garcia says dressage has changed her life, and she wanted to give back to the community and raise money for the USET Foundation.
