By adding complexity into the helmet design to answer many of the questions asked in today’s riding accidents, Charles Owen has been able to build a helmet that works to deal with the energy of impact in a wider range of accident situations. Horses and riders are riding in many different situations and environments than before, requiring helmets that can answer today’s tougher questions.
